Penacius Mueni Mutinda is a seasoned Business Executive with a robust background in strategic leadership and business development. With expertise spanning recruitment strategies, commercial negotiations, and membership growth within the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Penacius has demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering sustainable business relations and driving organizational success.
Penacius Mueni Mutinda is a visionary leader with a two-decade corporate work experience. She holds a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management (BBAM)in marketing from Saint Paul’s University in Kenya. Before establishing Bapie Consultancy Firm she had served for 13years in the prestigious Kenya National Chamber Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI) where she had served as the Head of membership and Membership services as well Senior Business Executive in charge of Business Development ,membership& Marketing services

He has attained a degree in Business Information Technology from the Mount Kenya University here in Kenya.He brings over nine years of specialized experience as an IT specialist.
He is extensively travelled having visited more than ten countries. This global exposure has equipped him with the insights and expertise to provide our clients with expert advice on visa assessment &application requirements. His unwavering support & guidance over the years has ensured that our clients’ business travels are seamless and efficient.
He is committed to leveraging his experience and skills to support Bapie Consultancy Firm achieve its mission and vision as well support the business clients achieve their goals.
A graphic designer who has attained a Bachelors Degree in Computer Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Technology(JKUA).
